2. Returning Info
Returning Merchandise
If not completely satisfied, you may return any items for a full refund. Returns are accepted with our authorization only. In order to process a return, send us an email to help@jiniy.com the email must contain the following:

Reason for return: (In a few words explain the problem)
The return request has to be within 3 days of receipt of goods. Refused, unclaimed, undeliverable orders or merchandise returned due to customers' error are subject to 20% restocking fee in addition to all freight charges.
Refunds/Store Credit
Authorized returns will be refunded a full amount of merchandise to your original account as soon as we get the returns from you. If you prefer to have a store credit, it will be applied to your next order.

jiniy.com ships prepaid and invoices you for the charges. EMS is used whenever possible. However "Common Carrier" can be selected in special cases.
When will my order be shipped?
Usually all orders received before 12:00 PM, are shipped on the same day, all orders placed after will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed over the weekend or on a holiday with be shipped the following business day. International orders also will be shipped as soon as the orders are confirmed.
Estimating Delivery Time for Order
EMS shipping service usually takes 4~8 business days after the items is shipped. It's highly different from and depends on customs of each country and district. You can check the delivery status in detail our post office homepage.

Minimum or Sample Order
We do not have a minimum dollar amount on our stock orders, we only require that you purchase the minimum required pieces per item. We do not offer sample orders.

We do not offer any printed catalog because we update our inventory with new merchandise every week.

jiniy.com always carries top quality wholesale bulk clothing.
Our merchandise is acquired from hundreds of South Korea manufacturers and importers.
All of our fashion clothing wholesale items are overstocks or leftovers and we collect large quantities in order to offer them to our customers at prices below wholesale.
Finding Items
If you're looking for some specific discount wholesale clothes item, find desired items by entering a full or partial item number such as "PS-3375" or "337" in the search box that's at the top right-hand corner of each page of our website.
Sizes
We carry all sizes for men in our clothing closeouts and wholesale departments, but the sizes can be various due to differences of each manufacturers' standards. And the acual sizes are mostly 1~1.5 size smaller than US standard sizes. Special Packages When we have special deal items, they will list them under the Special Packages section. You will absolutely not find these items at better prices.
New Items
Usually, our new merchandise arrive on every Tuesday and Friday.
To save your time, you can review new items only at New Arrivals of item categories.
Back Orders In our system, only in-stock items should be checked out.
If back orders occur due to the system error or miscount of inventory, it will be eliminated on your order.

| How to place order to the shopping cart |

| There are four steps in which you have to complete for the online order to be processed. |
Step 1, You will either login as a return user, or be ask to enter your ID and a Password to create a new account for you. You will then go on to finish step 1 with your billing and shipping information as well as the credit card info. After which the account has been created, you then need to confirm shipping address again on Step 2. Step 3, Allows you to choose payment methods with different credit cards. Step 4, As soon as your order is processed, it will be shipped.
After you have select the product that you wish to buy, click "Add to Cart" and you will see the product in the shopping cart. Click "Checkout" and continue to fill out the online order form. If you wish to cancel the order, simply press "Remove." If you wish to continue to shop, click "Continue Shopping" and it will bring you to the home page again. |

There will be a re-stocking fee of 20% on all cancelled orders. If the product has already been shipped you will need to make arrangements to return it to Shopping Mall. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to and from the scheduled destination. Product must be returned on the skid that it was shipped on and in the same condition that it was received. All order cancellations must have a return authorization number, all returns without authorization will be refused. |

| Most items may be returned or exchanged within 20 days of your product's shipping date. |
- Items must be in original packaging, in all original boxes, packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all other accessories and documentation provided by the manufacturer.
- All Shipping back to Shopping Mall is paid for by the customer.
- All Products sold by C1 Shopping Mall may be returned for exchange ONLY within 1 year from the invoice date (order ship date). No credits or refunds will be given for any Products sold by Shopping Mall. Shopping Mall offers 1 year warranty on any defective Products to be exchanged with a same type.
- Some products will be labeled "No Return." These products need to be returned to manufacture only. Shopping Mall will not accept or be responsible for any defect or incompatibility issues with these products. All unauthorized returned products will be refused and shipped back to the sender. Please consult Manufacturer's website for compatibility and technical Specifications before placing or finalizing the order.
- If your return is Not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.
- Consumables like Toner, Ink Cartridges, drum and paper are not returnable if the factory seal has been broken. These products must be directly sent to the manufacturer.
- Discontinued or end of life products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or exchanges will be made.
- If you did not receive all of the products ordered or the quantity ordered, please contact our customer service department by e-mail or phone. All claims must be made within within 7 days after receipt of shipment.
Some products are not returnable under any circumstances - please see the important exceptions outlined below.
- Products which are improperly packaged.
- Packages affixed with counterfeit label(s) or affixed with labels exhibiting tampering.
- Products with any standard certification labels removed.
- Products or packages with barcode label removed .
- Products with SERIAL NUMBER which does not match SERIAL NUMBER on invoice.
- Any dents, scratches, defacement or abuse of base casting.
- Torn or punctured tape seals.
- Loose, damaged or removed screws/fasteners.
- Software that is not defective and open can not be returned for any circumstance.
- Discontinued or end of life products can only be returned for repair. No refunds or exchanges will be made.
* Refund could be made within 7 days from the date of purchase upon 10% restock fee will be charged for such refund.
* Goods return after 7 days are subject to 15% restocking fee. |
